The single most important aspect of our operation is SAFETY.

Talley Amusements takes pride in the quality of our equipment because safety is our top priority. We ensure that all rides and attractions are maintained in first-class condition, both in operation and appearance. Our excellent safety record is the result of an aggressive preventive maintenance program. All personnel are extensively trained in-house and by third-party NAARSO Level III ride inspectors.

Our maintenance program requires all equipment to be restored to manufacturer specifications before the start of each season. Talley Amusements utilizes state-of-the-art techniques to ensure that the risk of structural failure is virtually eliminated. This includes thorough inspections of each ride’s structural integrity using X-ray and sonic testing equipment. Regular repairs and strict maintenance procedures are employed to maximize ride performance and efficiency. A detailed inspection of every ride is conducted daily. This policy has contributed to Talley Amusements’ outstanding safety record.

Ride Operator Training

In addition to extensive in-house training, all ride operators are trained by third-party NAARSO Level III ride inspectors. Continual training opportunities are provided to ensure ride operators remain sharp while in the workplace. In addition, Talley staff monitor the Midway to ensure that rides are being operated in full compliance of our high standards.

Drug Testing

All Talley Amusements team members are subject to random and routine drug testing upon hire. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and/or alcohol on the Midway. Any violation of this policy is grounds for immediate termination.
