Talley Amusements welcomes all guests to our Midway. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, especially guests with injuries or disabilities, we ask that the following safety guidelines be followed because safety is our top priority.

If you arrive wearing a cast, please visit our office to sign a safety acknowledgment form before riding. This form provides guidance on which rides are most appropriate, as all attractions may involve sudden jolts, bumps, or movements. The final decision to ride rests solely with the guest. Riders under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the form.

We are happy to welcome guests in wheelchairs. However, for safety reasons, a family member, friend, or caregiver must assist with boarding and exiting rides. Our ride operators are not permitted to lift or physically assist guests.
