57th Annual Texas Rice Festival

The Texas Rice Festival returns to Winnie-Stowell Park the first weekend of October 2026, celebrating Southeast Texas rice heritage with a full weekend of family-friendly fun. Guests can enjoy great food, live entertainment, carnival attractions, contests, exhibits, livestock and horse shows, parades, and hands-on activities that honor the rice harvest and the community it supports.

Since 2008, the Texas Rice Festival has proudly given back more than $1 million to the community through scholarships, youth projects, charitable donations, and park improvements. Powered by hundreds of dedicated volunteers, the festival continues to support education, agriculture, and local traditions while bringing families together for one of the region’s most meaningful annual celebrations.
